The Vocational Innovation in Skills Training Awards (VISTAs) are a collaborative initiative led by the Elevare Civic Education Group, Local London, and the Local London Skills Provider Network.
The VISTAs celebrate the exceptional achievements of learners, educators, employers, and community partners across the Local London region.
Launched to recognise excellence in skills development, the VISTAs shine a spotlight on the people and organisations transforming lives through education, training, and collaboration.
Hosted at the prestigious House of Lords, the VISTAs bring together leaders, innovators, and changemakers committed to strengthening skills pathways and championing learner success across Local London’s nine partner boroughs.

The Awards
The inaugural VISTAs Ceremony offers guests a memorable afternoon at the House of Lords. Guests will enjoy afternoon tea in the Cholmondeley Room, where they will hear inspiring stories of exceptional collaboration, innovation and achievement.
The celebration concludes with photographs and networking on the terrace overlooking the River Thames. It’s a special opportunity for finalists, winners and partners to come together and recognise outstanding achievement across Local London.
